In response to the surging demand for archival storage, a leading global information management company has unveiled a cutting-edge facility in Singapore designed specifically for high-density data storage and document archiving. This innovative project, completed in June 2026, maximizes storage capacity by integrating a Compact Mobile Shelving System and Heavy-Duty Long Span Shelving, providing room for over 290,000 magnetic tapes and 12,913 document cartons—all within the existing warehouse footprint. With meticulous attention to site protection and superior craftsmanship, this state-of-the-art solution not only enhances storage density but also preserves the integrity of the original infrastructure.
Everunion delivered a Heavy-Duty Pallet Racking System to a top stationery manufacturer in Vietnam, creating a 5-layer racking system that is 8850mm high to optimize the warehouse. In response to the client's high requirements in partition management, shelf strength, warehousing density, flexible management, and quick access to goods, a customized warehousing solution was formulated after researching the client's needs and analyzing the site space. We has partnered with an automotive industry customer on multiple occasions to enhance their warehouse storage efficiency. In 2018, we provided selective pallet racks and mezzanine racks for their facility, with a focus on optimizing storage for large automotive components. This initial collaboration proved successful, leading to a second project in 2022 for another facility. The system was expanded in size to accommodate their growing storage demands, with a consistent load capacity of 2000 kg per layer. These projects highlight our commitment to delivering reliable and scalable solutions to meet customers’ evolving needs.
