Everunion delivered a Heavy-Duty Pallet Racking System to a top stationery manufacturer in Vietnam, creating a 5-layer racking system that is 8850mm high to optimize the warehouse. In response to the client's high requirements in partition management, shelf strength, warehousing density, flexible management, and quick access to goods, a customized warehousing solution was formulated after researching the client's needs and analyzing the site space. This solution has significantly enhanced the warehouse storage density and operational efficiency. The system guarantees durability and safety, and has been recognized by the client.
This project features the successful implementation of beam and shelf racking solutions across multiple facilities, supporting high-density storage, streamlined operations, and long-term scalability.
Pri viacerých príležitostiach sme sa spojili so zákazníkom z automobilového priemyslu, aby sme zvýšili efektivitu ich skladovania. V roku 2018 sme do ich prevádzky dodali selektívne paletové regály a medziposchodové regály so zameraním na optimalizáciu skladovania veľkých automobilových komponentov. Táto počiatočná spolupráca sa ukázala ako úspešná a viedla k druhému projektu v roku 2022 pre ďalšie zariadenie. Systém bol rozšírený, aby vyhovoval ich rastúcim požiadavkám na skladovanie, s konzistentnou nosnosťou 2000 kg na vrstvu. We have established a long-term partnership with one international logistics customer, successfully delivering multiple projects. Through three projects in 2021, 2022, and 2023, we provided various specifications of beam racks to meet their storage needs effectively.
