Everunion delivered a Heavy-Duty Pallet Racking System to a top stationery manufacturer in Vietnam, creating a 5-layer racking system that is 8850mm high to optimize the warehouse. In response to the client's high requirements in partition management, shelf strength, warehousing density, flexible management, and quick access to goods, a customized warehousing solution was formulated after researching the client's needs and analyzing the site space. This solution has significantly enhanced the warehouse storage density and operational efficiency. The system guarantees durability and safety, and has been recognized by the client.
This project features the successful implementation of beam and shelf racking solutions across multiple facilities, supporting high-density storage, streamlined operations, and long-term scalability.
We has partnered with an automotive industry customer on multiple occasions to enhance their warehouse storage efficiency. In 2018, we provided selective pallet racks and mezzanine racks for their facility, with a focus on optimizing storage for large automotive components. This initial collaboration proved successful, leading to a second project in 2022 for another facility. The system was expanded in size to accommodate their growing storage demands, with a consistent load capacity of 2000 kg per layer. These projects highlight our commitment to delivering reliable and scalable solutions to meet customers’ evolving needs.
We have established a long-term partnership with one international logistics customer, successfully delivering multiple projects. The client highly appreciates the quality of our products and services. Through three projects in 2021, 2022, and 2023, we provided various specifications of beam racks to meet their storage needs effectively.
