Everunion delivered a Heavy-Duty Pallet Racking System to a top stationery manufacturer in Vietnam, creating a 5-layer racking system that is 8850mm high to optimize the warehouse. In response to the client's high requirements in partition management, shelf strength, warehousing density, flexible management, and quick access to goods, a customized warehousing solution was formulated after researching the client's needs and analyzing the site space. This solution has significantly enhanced the warehouse storage density and operational efficiency. The system guarantees durability and safety, and has been recognized by the client.
This project features the successful implementation of beam and shelf racking solutions across multiple facilities, supporting high-density storage, streamlined operations, and long-term scalability.
Mes ne kartą bendradarbiavome su automobilių pramonės klientu, kad padidintume jų sandėliavimo efektyvumą. 2018 m. jų įrenginiui pateikėme atrankinius padėklų stelažus ir antresoles, daugiausia dėmesio skirdami didelių automobilių komponentų saugyklų optimizavimui. Šis pradinis bendradarbiavimas buvo sėkmingas, todėl 2022 m. buvo pradėtas antrasis projektas, skirtas kitam objektui. Sistema buvo išplėsta, kad atitiktų augančius sandėliavimo poreikius, o vieno sluoksnio apkrova yra 2000 kg. Šie projektai pabrėžia mūsų įsipareigojimą teikti patikimus ir keičiamo dydžio sprendimus, kad atitiktų klientus’ besivystančių poreikių.
We have established a long-term partnership with one international logistics customer, successfully delivering multiple projects. The client highly appreciates the quality of our products and services. Through three projects in 2021, 2022, and 2023, we provided various specifications of beam racks to meet their storage needs effectively. These repeat purchases demonstrate the client's trust and satisfaction with our racking systems.
