Everunion delivered a Heavy-Duty Pallet Racking System to a top stationery manufacturer in Vietnam, creating a 5-layer racking system that is 8850mm high to optimize the warehouse. In response to the client's high requirements in partition management, shelf strength, warehousing density, flexible management, and quick access to goods, a customized warehousing solution was formulated after researching the client's needs and analyzing the site space. This solution has significantly enhanced the warehouse storage density and operational efficiency. The system guarantees durability and safety, and has been recognized by the client.
This project features the successful implementation of beam and shelf racking solutions across multiple facilities, supporting high-density storage, streamlined operations, and long-term scalability.
Asociámonos cun cliente da industria automotriz en varias ocasións para mellorar a eficiencia do almacenamento do seu almacén. En 2018, proporcionamos bastidores selectivos para palés e bastidores entreplantas para as súas instalacións, centrándose na optimización do almacenamento de compoñentes de grandes dimensións para automóbiles. Esta colaboración inicial resultou exitosa, o que levou a un segundo proxecto en 2022 para outra instalación. O sistema ampliouse en tamaño para acomodar as súas crecentes demandas de almacenamento, cunha capacidade de carga constante de 2000 kg por capa. We have established a long-term partnership with one international logistics customer, successfully delivering multiple projects. Through three projects in 2021, 2022, and 2023, we provided various specifications of beam racks to meet their storage needs effectively. These repeat purchases demonstrate the client's trust and satisfaction with our racking systems.
