Scalable Racking Solutions for Automotive Component Storage

Everunion delivered a customized storage solution for a major automotive manufacturing facility, aiming to enhance space utilization and warehouse efficiency. In 2018, the project began with the supply of selective pallet racks and mezzanine racks to support the storage of large automotive components at a facility. Due to the successful implementation, a second phase was launched in 2022 to expand storage capacity at another location.

The upgraded system featured racks with a load capacity of 2000kg per level, ensuring reliable support for heavy-duty goods. Everunion provided a flexible and scalable solution tailored to the growing demands of the facility, using a combination of selective pallet racks and mezzanine systems.

This project highlights Everunion's expertise in delivering dependable, high-capacity racking systems tailored to industrial requirements.
