Optimized Multi-System Racking Solutions for a Nationwide Logistics Provider

Since 2017, Everunion has been supporting a major logistics enterprise by delivering advanced racking system across their nationwide deistribution centers. The project spans multiple warehouse locations and integrates a full range of storage solutions to accommodate diverse storage needs and enhance operational efficiency.

Key systems implemented include Selective Pallet Racks for flexible access and fast turnover, Double Deep and Narrow Aisle Racks to maximize space utilization, and Radio Shuttle Racks for high-density storage with automated pallet handling. The client also adopted our AS/RS to further improve inventory accuracy and streamline logistics workflows.

In addition to pallet-based systems, the warehouse were equipped with Long Span Shelving, Mezzanine Racks, Steel Platforms, and Gravity Flow Racks -offering versatile solutions for both light and medium-duty storage, and optimizing vertical and horizontal space throughout the facilities.
