Contact us, state demand, design layout, confirm layout and quotation, order confirmation, payment, production, transport, provide shipment documents, done.

1. Initial Communication

We begin by engaging in thorough communication with the client to understand their specific customization needs, including product specifications, design preferences, and functionality requirements.

2. Design and Quotation

Based on the details we discuss, our team will design a layout that meets the client's needs. Once the design is ready, we will provide a detailed quotation. Any revisions can be made until the client confirms the final layout and price

3. Confirmation and Production

After the client confirms the layout and quotation, the order is processed. Once we receive the first payment, production will begin.

4. Packaging and Transportation

Upon completion of production, we will package and transport the goods to the designated port. The mode of transportation is decided by the client. We can handle port-to-port (Shanghai or CNF), and all shipment documents will be provided.

5. Final Acceptance

The final step will be an acceptance check, ensuring the delivered product meets all the agreed specifications.

In 2018, we provided selective pallet racks and mezzanine racks for their Chengdu facility, with a focus on optimizing storage for large automotive components.
