Warehousing Project of a Large-scale Stationery Manufacturer in Vietnam

Everunion delivered a Heavy-Duty Pallet Racking System to a top stationery manufacturer in Vietnam which optimized their warehouse with 8850mm high 5-layer racking. In particular, the client has put forward high demands in terms of partition management, the strength of the shelves, warehousing density, flexible management, and the ability to achieve quick access to goods. After conducting research on the client's needs and analyzing the space of the site, a warehouse racking system tailored to the client has been formulated.


The customer achieved significant enhancements in warehouse storage density and operational efficiency after adopting this solution. The 5-layer racking system increased storage capacity through vertical space optimization without requiring more facility space. Long-term durability and safety were guaranteed by high-strength materials and robust density which minimized damage risk and maintenance expenses. The customer expressed satisfaction with the results and recognized the racking system for providing reliable performance and efficient space utilization while integrating smoothly with their warehouse operations.
